Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze the causes of any nonconformity with the quality system and resolve them.
  • Define and supervise corrective actions necessary to address quality issues.
  • Develop and supervise actions to address risks and opportunities.
  • Study and analyze the results of controls and inspections carried out during manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Prepare and approve procedures, instructions, and quality plans.
  • Supervise the operation and implementation of quality plans established for certain products.
  • Manage customer complaints and investigate possible improvements in the quality system.
  • Develop and implement training for staff on quality instructions.
  • Perform or manage the calibration or verification of measurement equipment.
  • Approve procedures, quality plans, and instructions prepared by technicians.
  • Inform and advise clients on quality issues.
  • Manage and document the management system, including registering quality documentation.
  • Define, organize, and supervise activities carried out by quality technicians.
  • Establish relationships with other areas that develop activities related to product or system quality.
  • Carry out evaluations of suppliers of corrugated steel and measuring equipment.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Circa £ per annum.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
  • 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays); extra 2 days of paid personal day.
  • Business-related expenses in accordance with the company expenses policy.
