Job Title: English and Maths Tutor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced English and Maths tutor to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective English and Maths lessons to students of varying abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Lesson Planning:** Plan and deliver high-quality English and Maths lessons that cater to the needs of students.
  • **Student Assessment:** Assess the educational needs of students and develop tailored teaching plans to help them improve their English and Maths skills.
  • **Teaching and Support:** Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • **Progress Monitoring:** Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • **Communication:** Communicate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding student progress.

Requirements:

  • **Qualifications:** Relevant degree in English, Maths, Education, or related field, and a teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • **Experience:** Proven experience in teaching English and Maths to students of varying abilities.
  • **Knowledge and Skills:** Strong understanding of the English and Maths curriculum, ability to create engaging lesson plans, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and effective classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • **Master's Degree:** Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • **Special Educational Needs Experience:** Experience working with special educational needs students.

Working Conditions:

  • **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 5pm, Friday, 7:45am - 12:30pm.
  • **Collaboration:** Collaboration with other teachers and staff members.
  • **Communication:** Regular communication with parents and stakeholders.
