About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our client's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) web brands in the sleep industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels
  • Manage and optimize D2C websites to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with agencies to ensure effective spend and maximize ROI
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

Requirements
