Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Talent-UK Ltd. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing a group of retained social media/marketing clients and developing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing apprentice to create high-quality visual and written content for each client, ensuring it aligns with the agreed strategy and client brand guidelines
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Upsell services to clients when opportunities arise
  • Report monthly on all activity by account and ensure monthly client reporting is produced to a high standard
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of digital marketing experience, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective analytics tools
  • Ability to plan workload, manage projects, and direct the workload of the digital marketing apprentice
  • Strong creative writing skills, with accuracy and attention to detail to produce high-quality content
  • Ability to work under pressure to client deadlines and respond positively to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
