Job Title: Senior Regional Finance Manager

Street Child is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Finance Manager to join our team in Central Africa. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational management support to our programs in the Great Lakes and Central Africa region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Supervise the establishment and maintenance of financial systems in line with Street Child's financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with donor and local legislation requirements.
  • Grant Management: Collaborate with program managers to develop and manage budgets, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to donors.
  • Operations Oversight: Lead the HR, administration, procurement, and logistics functions in the region, ensuring compliance with national laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a recognized accountancy qualification.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance and operations management, with a strong background in grant management and compliance.
  • Skills: Excellent financial management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence change in teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
