Job Description:

As an Administrative Operations Support professional at SRG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your high level of IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of office procedures and terminology will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal departments and external customers.

Requirements:

  • High level of IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional manner with our customers and internal departments.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy for reporting and administrative writing.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Key organisational skills, possess the ability to plan, and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of CAA/EASA regulations relating to Part CAMO and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements.
