Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

Minimum Experience:
- Preferred experience of at least ten (10) years in developing, implementing, and advising senior management on enterprise risk management strategies.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal authority for enterprise risk management projects and enhancements.
- Support the leadership in revising the enterprise risk documentation. Facilitate discussions regarding enterprise risks as necessary. Aid clients in recognizing and defining risk appetite, priorities, thresholds, responses, and critical risk indicators. Conduct program evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments as required.
Minimum Education:
- A relevant Master's Degree (Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline). Twelve (12) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
Additional Knowledge/Experience/Competency Areas of Importance:
- Ten (10) or more years of practical, expert-level experience in strategizing, executing, and advising senior management on enterprise risk management is preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey various types of information to diverse audiences and create executive-level presentations, along with experience in engaging with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, visualization, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capabilities in strategic thinking, multitasking, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, and executing projects within a defined schedule and budget.
