Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Process and manage certificates and licenses
  • Oversee specialist contractors and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Prepare and present performance reports and charts
  • Update the company portal with relevant information
  • Ensure all documents and certificates are uploaded and administered according to company procedures
  • Schedule access appointments for maintenance works
  • Provide resident liaison services and handle tenant and client inquiries
  • Coordinate testing works and manage budgets
  • Plan and prepare schedules of works for PPM and statutory compliance

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in client liaison and collaborative working
  • Familiarity with schedule of rates and prime cost-plus quotations
  • Knowledge of SFG20, PPM, and statutory compliance
  • Previous experience in building services for London Boroughs and Councils
  • Experience with client portals and MS Office applications
