About the Role

This position is designed for individuals with a psychology background or interest, offering a chance to create a positive difference in the lives of children with Autism through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients, utilizing evidence-based strategies to support independence and positive behavior.
  2. Collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client support.
  3. Accurately record session data using electronic devices, facilitating data-driven decision making.
  4. Foster a supportive learning environment for clients and establish strong relationships with families.

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Willingness to learn and a passion for making a positive impact on children with Autism.
  3. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
