Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Deputy Manager to join our team at our Chertsey nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery and providing exceptional care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Deputy Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Work closely with the Deputy Manager to achieve nursery targets and objectives
- Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and educational programs
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early years education and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences. You will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with experience of working in a nursery or similar setting. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £28,500 - £32,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with our company, with access to training and development programs.
