GP in a Progressive Training Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practitioner to join our progressive training practice in Hastings and St Leonards. As an autonomous medical practitioner, you will be responsible for providing medical services to our practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care while complying with the GMS contract.
Main Responsibilities- Provide a full range of medical services as defined in the core GMS contract, additional and enhanced services where appropriate.
- Make professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems whether self-referred, or referred from other healthcare workers within the organisation.
- Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
- Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
- Develop care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice; disease management protocols, provide counselling and health education.
- Qualified GP with MRCGP, Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP, General Practitioner (Certificate of Completion of Training CCT), and Full GMC Registration.
- Eligibility to practice in the UK independently and National Performers List registration.

Our practice is proud to have an extended clinical team, including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Nurse, First Contact Physiotherapists, Pharmacist Practitioners, Practice nurses, and Health Care Assistants.
We are proactive in supporting our teams and developing further teams to maximise the skill-mix and quality of care in the practice. We support ongoing training and study leave and have 1-2-1 coaching and clinical meetings.
Our premises are modern with spacious, light consulting rooms, and free staff parking is available.
