Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at The Station Practice. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of medical services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Conduct health education and promotion activities to support the health and wellbeing of our patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the practice.
Requirements
  • Qualified General Practitioner with a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
  • Full GMC registration and eligibility to practice in the UK independently.
  • Experience of working in a primary care setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the development of the practice.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
