Job Role for an Electrical Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of contracts from inception to final account settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the effective day-to-day management of contracts from inception to final account settlement
  • Lead, support and develop a team to ensure the highest professional standards are achieved at all times
  • Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with clients to promote excellent customer service
  • Manage all aspects of accurate pricing from quotations, reviewing works and invoicing
  • Ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with client expectations
  • Take responsibility for the procurement of materials required for contracts
  • Take a proactive approach to ensure all best practices for legal and compliance matters are achieved
  • Supervise and train less experienced supervisors and engineers
Requirements:
  • UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Ideal experience in contract management, preferably gained in delivering to the public sector
  • Must have experience in testing and inspection, validating certificates, and invoicing quotes
  • Strong knowledge of electrical regulations
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Good presentation, leadership, and management skills
