About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Contracts Manager to join our team at RGE Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the effective day-to-day management of our contracts, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) service delivery for our fire contracts
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve the highest professional standards
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to promote excellent customer service and drive business growth
  • Manage pricing, quotations, and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Monitor and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with client expectations
  • Procure materials and resources required for contract delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Supervise and train less experienced supervisors and engineers to enhance team capabilities
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in contract management, preferably in the public sector
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, FIA, and BAFE qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent leadership, management, and presentation skills
