Job Role:

To manage the effective day-to-day management of the contracts reactive and PPM service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and develop a team to ensure the highest professional standards are achieved at all times.
  • Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with clients to promote excellent customer service.
  • Manage all aspects of accurate pricing from quotations, reviewing works, and invoicing.
  • Ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with clients' expectations.
  • Take responsibility for the procurement of any materials required for the contract.
  • Take a proactive approach to ensure all best practices for legal and compliance matters are achieved.
  • Supervise and train less experienced supervisors and engineers.

Skill Set and Experience Required:

A minimum of three years' experience in contract management required, preferably gained in delivering to the public sector.

Desirable Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, FIA, and BAFE qualifications.

Computer Literacy:

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
