About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Disclosure Senior Manager to join our team at Jameson Legal Tech in London. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver billable E-Disclosure solutions to lawyers and clients, managing an external panel of E-Disclosure vendors and leading the E-Disclosure team.
  • Define the firm's strategy for the use of E-Disclosure technology and run training and awareness sessions.
  • Deliver technical and consultancy services to legal teams and clients, working through the various stages of the E-Disclosure process as set out in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
  • Take ownership and manage E-Disclosure projects, including litigation and arbitration matters, data subject access requests, statutory, regulatory, and corporate investigations.
  • Work with the wider innovation team to identify potential solutions and develop excellent project and change management skills.
Requirements
  • Experience in a professional services, financial services, or similar environment delivering E-Disclosure/E-Discovery projects of varying sizes.
  • Strong technical understanding of E-Disclosure and litigation support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to convey technical information in a simple to understand language to clients and lawyers.
  • Hands-on experience in the use of technology-assisted reviews (TAR), email threading, and near-duplication functions on projects.
  • Understanding of, and ability to write, SQL and Python.
  • Experience of working in a law firm and on E-Disclosure projects.
  • Experience of providing E-Disclosure training to others.
