About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Discovery Project Manager to join our team at Brimstone Consulting. As a key member of our advisory and consultancy team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end e-discovery process, from data preparation to review and production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data processing workflows to ensure high-quality data for review and production.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-discovery software and technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures for e-discovery project management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-discovery project management, with a strong understanding of data processing and review workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of e-discovery software and technologies, including Relativity and SQL.
