About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Client Service Team and drive the delivery of exceptional service to our commercial clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and performance managing a team of client service professionals to ensure they have the skills and expertise to handle complex commercial clients.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services, ensuring contract certainty and compliance across the office, and developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of client service professionals to deliver exceptional service to commercial clients
  • Coach, develop, and performance manage team members to ensure they have the skills and expertise to handle complex commercial clients
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Ensure contract certainty and compliance across the office
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a commercial insurance environment in a comparable role
  • Management experience is desirable, but the willingness to train, support, and the right attitude are the most important thing
  • Strong commercial insurance background and ability to empathise, train, and support a team
