About the Role

Cavendish Maine is seeking an experienced Client Service Team Leader to lead, train, and support a team of client service professionals in delivering best-in-class service to commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial insurance background, excellent influencing, listening, and communication skills, and the ability to empathize with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative client service relating to a broad range of personal and commercial insurance products.
  • Coach, develop, and performance manage the team to ensure personal development plan objectives are in place.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talented individuals in line with business plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of products and offerings.
  • Assist in driving change through the business, allocating resources where necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a commercial insurance environment in a comparable role.
  • Management experience is desirable, but the willingness to train and support is essential.
  • Solid understanding of insurance market dynamics.
  • Good influencing, listening, and communication skills.
