Position: Audit Supervisor
Working Hours: 5 hours (Monday to Friday).
*A hybrid work arrangement is available, allowing flexibility in hours to accommodate specific work requirements as necessary.

Role Overview: Are you a qualified and driven accountant with a background in auditing, looking for a new opportunity? As a key member of the audit division, the Audit Supervisor holds a crucial position.

You will collaborate with the management team to deliver high-quality audits for your assigned clients.

Support will be provided by the broader audit team to facilitate onsite work, with reporting responsibilities to the Responsible Individuals (RIs).

Client Relationship Management: You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, becoming their primary contact, managing their expectations, and ensuring the delivery of a superior audit experience.

Team Leadership: You will lead, mentor, and develop your team, serving as a role model and a point of reference for audit staff.

Quality Assurance: Your responsibilities will include conducting file reviews, leveraging your technical expertise while further enhancing your skills to meet quality standards.

Value-Added Services: You will identify and implement additional services that benefit clients, aiding their success; maintain and enhance your technical knowledge through training sessions (including webinars), staying updated on industry developments, and presenting your research on complex technical issues.

Mentorship: Act as a counseling manager and mentor to assist team members in achieving their personal and professional development objectives.

People Management: Responsibilities will encompass resource planning and allocation, performance management, training, and providing constructive feedback.

Financial Management: Regularly raise invoices and prompt the RI for interim billing as necessary.

Qualifications: ACA/ACCA (or equivalent international qualification) is required.
Be approachable and accessible to audit team members.
