Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to uphold exceptional performance standards in all facets of airside ground operations and de-icing services. This includes fulfilling customer requirements while adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining best practices in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently load and unload baggage using both manual and mechanical methods, following the training provided.
  • Collect, enter, and manage all necessary data and documentation to ensure operational success, utilizing manual, automated, or computerized systems, including weather reporting.
  • Perform all baggage sorting tasks safely and effectively.
  • Conduct area hazard assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Execute thorough inspections of aircraft as required.
