Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective team management and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and costs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
