Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Systems Manager to enhance our quality assurance capabilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our organization consistently meets and exceeds client expectations while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Quality Systems Manager, you will:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our Quality Management System.
  • Maintain and manage audit programs for our Quality Management System procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote best practices in quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and other relevant certifications.
  • Provide comprehensive reports that include analysis and recommendations related to customer satisfaction, internal audits, training plans, and health & safety.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through workshops and training sessions.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in roles such as Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Manager, preferably in the Automotive or Aerospace sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with familiarity in 8D problem-solving methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Tools and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Understanding of risk assessment, risk management, and COSHH regulations.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics.

Desirable Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are advantageous:
  • ISO/VDA accredited auditor.
  • IOSH training.
  • Engineering qualifications.
  • Familiarity with Tisax.
