Job Title: Bureau Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our delegate management team as a Bureau Coordinator. This exciting role will involve supporting the creation of event registration websites, managing delegate queries and communication, and contributing to other areas of event technology, including app development.

About the Role:

  • Support the creation of event registration websites and manage delegate queries and communication.
  • Contribute to other areas of event technology, including app development.
  • Work closely with the delegate management team to deliver large-scale events and experiences.
  • Use of Cvent, CrowdComms, or Aventri would be highly advantageous.
  • Confidence with large amounts of data on Excel is essential.

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant experience in events or registration.
  • Excellent administration and project management skills.

Working Arrangements:

This role is 3 days a week in the office, with the opportunity to work remotely on other days. We offer a hybrid working arrangement to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
