Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality, person-focused care and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Competitive hourly rates: £13.20 per hour weekdays, £14.70 per hour weekends.
- Guaranteed contract and part-time hours available.
- Minimum 1 hour calls, allowing for quality time with clients.
- Welcome bonus: £100 payment upon completion of initial training.
- Employee referral bonus programme: £200 bonus for successful referrals.
- Mileage and travel time reimbursement: up to 45p per mile.
