As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will spearhead the quality division, ensuring the enhancement of quality protocols, compliance, and safety measures.

In your role as Quality Assurance Lead, you will:
- Supervise the application of continuous improvement methodologies within the quality and inspection departments.
- Oversee the internal audit framework, generating reports and defining corrective actions.
- Provide training on quality assurance and safety initiatives.
- Manage both customer and internal non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Develop and advocate for quality enhancement strategies, promoting a culture of 'zero defects.'
- Revise and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to engineering and quality assurance.
- Lead and conduct health, safety, and environmental (HSE) reviews, ensuring effective corrective measures are taken to enhance future outcomes.
- Evaluate and audit the initial risk assessment procedures, ensuring all areas consistently maintain current risk assessments.
The ideal Quality Assurance Lead will possess:
- Experience in ISO9001 & ASO9100 environments.
- Proven background in a Quality Management position.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry-specific regulatory and quality standards.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Strong time management skills.
- Confident decision-making capabilities.
