Client Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
