Quality Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive quality-focused improvement projects and conduct root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with Six Sigma certification being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform root cause analysis of significant quality issues using recognized techniques such as Ishikawa and 5 Whys.
  • Rapidly respond to and contain major quality issues, effectively managing and bounding problems as they arise.
  • Lead and support quality improvement projects, applying the DMAIC cycle and Six Sigma methods to drive successful outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Engage in stakeholder management, facilitating cross-functional meetings and communicating key findings and business implications at the senior management level.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / EN9100 standards.
  • Understanding of Business Management Systems, Operational Frameworks, and Operational Assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of product safety standards and practices.
  • Experience in cross-functional integration and collaboration.
  • Awareness of export requirements, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (if applicable).
