We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our Wycombe Adult Community Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the community.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of nursing activities, including:

  • Supporting Community Nurses in various nursing tasks
  • Facilitating discharges from hospital and end-of-life care
  • Providing holistic patient assessments, medication administration, wound and pressure area care, and catheter management

  • Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification
  • GCSE Grade A-C/Level 4-9 in Maths & English or skills functional level 2 Maths & English or equivalent
