About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing site teams to ensure the successful delivery of multi-discipline projects.

You will work closely with clients, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that each project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with experience of managing commercial projects and reporting on work-in-progress.

You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring that all employees have the necessary training and qualifications to fulfill their roles, and managing absence and performance in line with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a pressurized environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site teams to ensure successful delivery of multi-discipline projects
  • Work closely with clients, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Lead and motivate a team, ensuring all employees have necessary training and qualifications
  • Manage absence and performance in line with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standard

About You

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Experience of managing commercial projects and reporting on work-in-progress
  • Strong background in construction and project management
  • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Completion of 5-day Site Managers Safety course
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Experience of commercial management and reporting on WIP
  • Full driving license
  • HNC Construction / Project Management or PRINCE 2 Qualification
  • CDM Awareness
  • Experience of the Pre-Construction RIBA Stages
  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Dynamics, and Project
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a pressurized environment
