About the Role
- Lead a team of architects and engineers on large-scale commercial projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Manage and develop a team of architects and engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of architectural principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
