The Role

In the capacity of Sales Manager, you will lead initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include cultivating client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance occupancy and revenue in line with the hotel's strategic goals. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring the financial prosperity of the hotel while providing guests with an unforgettable experience.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager who excels in creating new business opportunities and excels at relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and surpass revenue objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, event coordinators, travel agencies, and other potential business sources.
  • Draft and deliver proposals to clients, negotiate agreements, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor tactics, and the hotel's unique selling propositions to identify avenues for maximizing occupancy and revenue.
  • Produce regular sales reports and forecasts, offering management insights into sales performance and potential areas for enhancement.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales and revenue management within the hospitality sector is essential.
  • Familiarity with hotel distribution channels, pricing models, and market segmentation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting revenue targets.
