The Renal Department located in Ward 124 is seeking a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Nurse to join our dynamic team. This ward is equipped with 28 beds, including 2 high-dependency monitoring beds and 4 assessment trolleys.
Our team is united and professional, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experience in Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis
Desirable Qualifications:
- Student Assessor certification
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive care plans.
- Delivering high-quality clinical nursing care within the ward.
- Managing a designated group of patients.
- Taking charge of the ward as required, demonstrating leadership and supervisory skills.
- Serving as a role model for students and clinical support staff.
- Promoting a positive and professional image of the nursing team and organization.
