Role Summary: We are seeking a pivotal member for our Global Training and Technical Documentation department. This role involves collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to assess and fulfill training needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analyses (TNA) across various sectors, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and data collection.
- Identify and address the learning requirements of internal teams, designing tailored learning pathways through detailed role analysis.
- Oversee the induction training processes, continually updating content to align with evolving learning objectives.
- Deliver training sessions on TNA methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
- Prepare and present TNA reports for diverse audiences, showcasing findings with clarity and expertise.
- Recognize and communicate broader organizational challenges that may influence training effectiveness.
- Develop surveys to gather reliable quantitative data for informed decision-making.
- Consider cultural variances when proposing training solutions to ensure global applicability.
- Implement communication strategies to disseminate TNA outcomes throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to customize training outputs according to client specifications.
- Work alongside Training Delivery and Online Training teams to manage training design activities stemming from TNA results.
- Act as a liaison between the Global Training and Technical Documentation Department and other internal teams regarding TNA-related matters.
- Stay informed about advancements in training technologies and methodologies.
- Maintain strong relationships with various departments to support business needs and promote TNA services.
- Provide expert consultancy on TNA processes and related challenges.
- Engage in administrative tasks to uphold internal control systems.
- Demonstrate flexibility in traveling to client sites as necessary.
- Review and ensure quality assurance on TNA outputs from fellow analysts.
- Contribute to tender processes, including bid writing and scoping client requirements.
Qualifications:
- A formal qualification in TNA is preferred but not mandatory.
- A higher-level qualification in Training Management or a related field is advantageous.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development is expected.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proficient understanding of training analysis frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Experience in producing comprehensive TNA reports.
- Ability to adapt TNA frameworks innovatively to meet client needs.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.
