About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our housing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of major works projects to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, offering information, advice, and assistance throughout major works projects.
  • Liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure high standards of engagement with residents.
  • Develop and manage resident consultation plans for individual projects, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Coordinate the temporary or permanent re-housing of residents, where necessary, and advise project managers on the potential impact of capital works on residents.
  • Provide leaseholders with information and assistance regarding their obligations to contribute to the cost of major works through service charge payments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • High level of computer literacy in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and consultants.
  • Competent and clear writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and correspondence.
