Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Caretaker on a Permanent basis at our Willesden site.

**A bit about the role**:
As an Estate Services Caretaker you'll provide and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of Peabody estates and providing a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- To handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Peabody Behaviours.
- Keep serviced Peabody estates and blocks clean & tidy, graffiti and litter free, in accordance with local cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- To be responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
- Deliver Trust letters, circulars etc as appropriate to resident’s properties.
- Report any estate defects, fly-tipping or anti-social behaviour to the appropriate authorities.
- Check communal lighting/timers and reports blown bulbs as necessary, (including office light bulbs) and emergency testing done monthly.
