IFA Administrator Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the Office Manager and Financial Planners in providing an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to clients.

**Main Functions:**

* Process new business and prepare valuation reports.

* Prepare performance documentation for client review appointments and review checklists.

* Obtain provider information to assist advisers with recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.

* Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics and ensure clients are advised of progress throughout the process.

* Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports.

* Process and monitor switches directly with providers or electronically via platforms.

* Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients and provide post-review summary reports.

* Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients and ensure any instructions received are confirmed in writing by clients and authentication processes are followed.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in an IFA environment is essential.
