We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Meadow View Residential Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide guidance and support to Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.02
- 39 hours available per week
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
- The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents
- Experience in care, preferably in a residential setting
- NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
