Job Summary

Hexagon's Autonomy and Positioning division is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage reception and provide administrative support to the organization. Based in our Veripos office, this role will involve coordinating business travel, updating documentation, and providing a professional service to site visitors.

About the Role

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with the Travel Management Company to arrange flights for employees.
  • Managing reception duties, ensuring excellent service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Ordering lunches for employees as required.
  • Providing support to the Facilities & QA Co-ordinator with maintenance and third-party services.
  • Gathering information for quarterly reporting.
  • Conducting monthly inspections of first aid kits and updating stock.
  • Assisting with fire alarm tests and water quality checks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An HNC/HND qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with booking business travel and liaising with Travel Management Companies.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
