Job Overview

Health and Safety Advisor

Celsa Steel UK is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support managers in implementing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement action plans to address findings and improve overall safety performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of safety and well-being
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards

Requirements

  • NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
  • Experience working as a Health and Safety Advisor in heavy industry, preferably in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 requirements and auditing procedures
