We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our Operations department at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. The successful candidate will provide professional guidance, support, and assistance to colleagues in promoting a healthy and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate health, safety, and environmental management arrangements
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on health and safety matters
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
