Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting stock counts.
  • Managing stock expiration dates (Batch Control).
  • Performing cycle counts.
  • Executing manual inventory counts.
  • Investigating discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Grasping the inventory counting and management processes.
  • Analyzing stock management systems.
  • Creating reports and offering recommendations for risk reduction.
  • Conducting objective audits of inventory management practices.

What We Seek:

  • Experience in inventory control and management.
  • Familiarity with Batch Control processes.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with perpetual inventory systems is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to new inventory processes and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in expressing ideas respectfully.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Understanding that challenges present opportunities.
  • Adherence to privacy and security protocols.
  • Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
