Inventory Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inventory Team Member to join our team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our Inventory Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support in five key areas: Inbound Office, Pick Support, General Inventory Management, Problem Stock Resolution, and Inventory Management.
- Work closely with the Inventory Team to ensure that all stock is received correctly and to the expected levels.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Demand Manager Teams to resolve stock issues and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Replenish and manage all stock levels to maximize customer fulfillment.
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling meat and alcohol, and lifting up to 25kg weights.
- Previous inventory or stock management experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Process-driven and an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
- Basic experience of computerized warehouse management systems is preferred.
