Warehouse Operative - Bristol

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Inventory Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Team to optimize stock management and minimize waste
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Team to ensure seamless delivery of goods to customers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or stock management environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of roles and environments, including ambient and chill sections of the warehouse
