About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Avonmouth. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing stock levels, resolving inventory discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming deliveries of stock, coordinating with drivers and ensuring efficient unloading processes.
  • Support the picking process by verifying order accuracy and maintaining optimal stock levels for timely fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any stock-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within our warehouse management system.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
