EMEA Field Marketing Director

At Prometheus Group, we are seeking a seasoned Field Marketing Director to lead our EMEA region's marketing efforts. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing region-specific marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive field marketing plans to support business goals and sales targets in the EMEA region.
- Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives to engage with our target audience.
- Collaborate with Global Team: Work closely with the global marketing team to localize content and messaging for the EMEA market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities, providing support through lead generation and nurturing activities.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage Regional Marketing Budget: Oversee regional marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform regional marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the enterprise software industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the EMEA region.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market dynamics, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
