EMEA Field Marketing Director

At Prometheus Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Field Marketing Director to lead our regional marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support sales growth in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement region-specific marketing plans to support business objectives and sales targets.
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize content and messaging for the EMEA market.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities and provide support through lead generation and nurturing activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform regional marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the enterprise software industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the EMEA region.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market dynamics, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
