Your Challenge

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to become a vital part of our Engineering Services team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of various systems, including traffic management and other electrical infrastructure such as street illumination, surveillance systems, and access control mechanisms, all tailored to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will manage work sites effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and a seamless transition to the client. Exceptional customer service is essential, alongside strict adherence to QHSSE standards and protocols.

While the primary focus will be in the local area, occasional assignments in different regions may require overnight travel.

Your Profile

Desired Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

  • GCSEs in English, Mathematics & Sciences (or equivalent)
  • Sector 8 Accreditation (preferred, but training will be provided)
  • Fundamental electrical knowledge
  • Familiarity with traffic signal installation and basic principles
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Capability to work at elevated heights
  • A proactive and organized work approach
  • Valid driving license
