About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting your Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- In the absence of other management, you may open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
- Assisting customers with their queries, processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
- Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
- Providing ear piercing services (you will receive full training).
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Some high school education required.
- Minimum 1 year retail experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and mathematical skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a POS system.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly.
