About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Store Manager to join our team. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
- Ensure the store is safe and secure, and that all procedures are followed
- Assist with ear piercing and other in-store services
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
- Some high school education required
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to operate a POS system
